ORDERING
Orders can be placed through contact form or through email at info@threeyem.com.
When ordering printer supplies code or reference numbers of each item with description has to be specified clearly to avoid incorrect supply. In case of toner cartridges for such as OKI printer model number is not enough but cartridge code number is must, because communication between cartridge and printer are differ country to country.
By placing an order with Threeyem, you are agreeing to the total amount of the sale, and that Threeyem is authorized to collect payment either by Cash or Cheque and via TT, DD, Wire or Western Union payment methods. All orders are subject to approval by Threeyem.
Payment TERMS
Threeyem is authorized to collect full payment in advance before shipment, via accepted mode of payment. However dealers, resellers, government, educational institutions and foreign companies may apply for 50% advance payment to start production and 50% while shipping. These terms will be determined based on overall purchase history. Please allow us 10-15 business days for application processing.
PAYMENTS
Any deductions must include proper documentation before they are allowed. Deductions for shortages, defective products, returns, etc., MUST have an accompanying credit memo when deducted from the payment. Failure to follow these instructions may result in credit not being applied.
ACCURACY
Threeyem attempts to be as accurate as possible in our content and pricing; however, we cannot guarantee that the product descriptions & specifications, pricing or any other content on the site is accurate, complete, or current. In the event that a product is listed at incorrect information due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Threeyem shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
CHANGES
Threeyem reserves the right to change its terms and conditions in any respect at any time. Threeyem reserves the right to waive any of these terms and conditions without affecting future enforceability of that or any other term or condition.
